These questions and your responses may help prevent one or more puppy finding its way to an animal shelter.  In our community, many of the animals at shelters are those that are ‘turned in’ by the current owner.  The dog was not what they expected, too costly, not good for their home or family, too big, or any other reason.  By taking a little time at the beginning, we hope to confirm that your ownership of one of our pups will be a great fit and you will not have any surprises during your ownership, other than the love and affection your puppy will provide.
